I was starting on the new blog post of Stunning Interiors and you know what? Sorry but i have better things to write, maybe tomorrow! I’m totally not motivated for it and in to the outdoor stuff! I have done the swimming and diving – or driving along with the flow – for more than 2 hours in a fast floating river! With stunning mountains when I looked behind me and the beautiful nature all around me. The water is such a beautiful shade of clear blue that you can see the aquatic life and the bottom without glasses.
The coolest things of all were the whirpools, caused by bends or height differnts. When you get caught or swim right in to it, it pools you down to the bottom of the river.
It’s not without dangour;
Here are 5 things you have to know so that it don’t happen you and me;
-Train swimming and look forward
-Don’t panic and swim down to the buttom or do nothing it’s goes automatically haha
-Eyes open and look where the outflow goes to come out more easily
-Say hi to the fish
-Just swim at the bottom about 3 meter away from it and get up again.
The Aare Switzerland;
The river rises in the Aare Glacier of the Bernese Alps crosses; the glacial Lake Brienz, Interlaken, Thun to Bern were i’ve swum and goes farther to Biel … and the fun is; i’ve sended my bracelet back to my mother country the Netherlands today^^
With some injuries on my legs i only can say it was more than worth it! And for the Schishase how they call it in the Switzerlands, you can also rent a boat and float from Thun till Bern in 4 hours:)
