Ever expected that Mexico was so beautiful? I found it out today! I saw that today I had, for the first time, a lot of visitors from Mexico. I started at Google and found a lot of beauty. Let me share some of the beauty with you. Mexico spans across an area of 1,967,183 square kilometers and it’s the second largest country in Latin America. Only Brazil is larger. Mexico has a total of 31 different states and one federal district (Mexico City). The population might explain the number of Mexican visitors today as the country is host to a total population of approximately 104 million, including 24 million in Mexico City.
The northern part of Mexico is low, dry, sparsely populated and borders to the United States. Central and Southern Mexico are the higher areas of land sporting the volcanoes Orizabo (5760m), Popocatepetl (5452m) and Iztaccihuati (5286m). To the east lies the peninsula popular among tourists called: ”Yucatan” (Cancun and Playa del Carmen). Mexico borders the Gulf of Mexico (east), Caribbean Sea (East) and the Pacific or Pacific (west). Neighbouring countries are Belize, Guatemala and the United States. These are the things I found and you’ll get to see, enjoy!
