Fact: Sport gives you a better sex-life

Not only your endurance is much better, but also the erection last for longer and the bedroom-firework is more impressive. This emerges from a study by The Journal of Sexual Medicine which did a research of 295 healthy men of different races. The conclusion is that men who do 2.5 hours sports, every week, having a better sex life. By women they couldn’t say that, however, they discovered that many women who also do exercises also having a higher libido. So you know what to!;)
