It’s time for powerfood! These tasty and simple salads containing more than 30g protein.
A fried chicken is a godsend for everyone busy man. You find them in the shop, in the grocery store and market. Tear the meat, add some veggies and you have a nutritious salad for yourself on the table within minutes.
1. Chop-chop salade
Tear off about 300 g meat from a roasted chicken. Combine in a bowl with a few handful of cut romaine lettuce, tomato, avocado, roasted red pepper and a shallot. Add 1 or 2 tablespoons of black beans and corn increased. Finish with a dressing of olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper.
2. Proteinbom salade
To add even more protein to your salad make the above salad, add a handful of grilled prawns. This isn’t it all, you also add a fist cooked quinoa and a handful thawed peas, mix finally a tbsp Greek yogurt into the dressing.
3. Asian salad
Create a chop-chop salad but without the tomato, pepper, beans and corn. Add in its place the following ingredients: grated carrot, shelled edamame, sliced sugar snap peas, slices of cucumber and chopped cashews. Stir a teaspoon of sesame oil dressing and it’s done.
4. Greek salad
Make the chop-chop salad and add feta, olives and thinly sliced red onion.
