Say goodbye to your belly!

Okay, you’re not really in shape. But that’s okay because you are after all not a professional footballer. We seem to find ourselves five times more attractive than we actually are, so it’s on some days not very difficult to be satisfied with how we look. Until someone around you suddenly hit the nail on the head and tells you that it seems like you are inflated by a bicycle pump – and then those probably will not mean your impressive biceps.

It happened to the 37-year-old Englishman Carl Parnell, the incarnate mirror was his daughter. The remark hit him, but also motivated him to take up a course in nutrition and personal training. This is what he taught them (and how he held a six-pack on):

 

Control your calories

Many people eat unconsciously simply too many calories. Every body is different and each person has a different lifestyle. Calculate therefore specifically how much your body needs. For men between 18 and 35 with a sedentary lifestyle, that number is for example between 2400 and 2600 kcal per day. Men who are quite active should there until their 25th 200 kcal in addition.  Keep this as a guideline and the results will follow.

 

Choose a balanced meal

A diet packed with junk food means you automatically eat too many calories, salt, sugar and artificial ingredients ingest – which ensures that your six pack remains hidden under a thick layer of fat. Instead, choose nutritious meals, proteins, chicken and, carbohydrates? Brown rice is also a good choice and vegetables are always good.

Do not be too hard on yourself

What happens when you deny yourself anything? Right, you go there just more desire. Treat yourself and therefore a little tidbit. As long as you are eating in moderation, can you really eat something every day that will not directly lead to a streamlined body.

But make no mistake: Parnell also fanatical workout, the last two years. So do not think you’re here to agree for a run in a while. Try yourself four days a week to drag the gym and before you know it you can hear them all whistle – not the birds, but the women.
